Tara Mooney was born in San Ramon California. At the age of 3
she began taking dance classes in ballet and tap. Tara moved to Modesto when
she was 10 and began taking ballet, tap, and jazz at Juline School of
Dance. She is currently a soloist with Central West Ballet and is a
member of the teacher training program at JSD. She is entering her
junior year at Beyer High School.
